You must provide accurate information. Submission of all required documents is mandatory. Placement is subject to approval and client demand. While placement is guaranteed, the timeframe is unpredictable.
A once-off service fee is deducted from your first salary upon successful placement. The agency is not responsible for salary disputes between you and the employer. Salary payment terms are agreed directly with the employing family.
You agree to perform duties professionally, reliably, and with respect. You must maintain confidentiality regarding client information. Misconduct may result in termination of your registration.
Fees and schedules for training programs will be communicated clearly before enrollment. Completion of training may be required for specific placements.
The agency strives to match nannies with suitable families but is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your placement. You are responsible for obtaining necessary work permits. Either party may terminate the registration with notice.
